Kiviq Support

Support for iPhone, iPad, and Mac

Kiviq is developed and supported by Muhammad Yassin. For questions, app issues, general feedback, or feature requests, email support@kiviq.app. Please include your device, operating system version, and a short description of what happened. You can normally expect a reply within two business days.

iCloud sync

To keep your library in step, sign into the same Apple Account on each device, turn on iCloud Drive, and allow Kiviq to use iCloud. After a change, leave Kiviq open briefly on both devices so everything has time to catch up.

Reminders

Kiviq schedules reminders on your device. If one does not appear, open System Settings, choose Notifications, and make sure Kiviq is allowed to notify you. For extra schedules or follow-ups, open Reminder Rules and check that the right habit or goal and days are selected.

Insights, reflections, and challenges

Insights grow from the history you have already built in Kiviq. They do not change your streaks or completed days. Reflections are optional private notes and moods, and challenges build on the same progress. If a view looks empty, check that the habit or goal has history in the selected time period.

Focus Timer

Focus Timer can turn a focused session into progress for a habit or a time-based goal. If a session cannot be saved, make sure the target still exists and that a goal is measured in minutes. Live Activity support depends on your Apple device and operating system.

Export and recovery

Kiviq's export includes your notes, challenges, reminders, and progress. Keep a copy as a personal backup before moving between devices or troubleshooting sync. Kiviq can continue working locally when iCloud is unavailable.

Widgets

If a widget looks out of date, open Kiviq once and check that the habit is still scheduled for today. Removing and adding the widget again can refresh it.

Privacy and data

Kiviq has no account, and the developer cannot access your habit data. Your data stays on your devices and in your private iCloud when sync is available. Read the privacy policy for details.
