Kiviq does not collect your personal data. Your habits and completions stay on your devices and, when iCloud is available, in your private iCloud account.

Data storage and iCloud

Kiviq keeps your habit data on your device. When iCloud is available, Apple syncs it through your private iCloud account. The developer cannot access or view that data. Insights, challenge progress, and other views are worked out on your device from the information already in Kiviq.

App data collection and tracking

Kiviq has no account, advertising, in-app analytics, tracking, AI service, or third-party app tracking. The developer does not receive your habit data, reflections, device identifiers, app usage history, or location.

Reflections, challenges, and exports

Optional reflections, personal challenges, reminder rules, and Focus Timer records are part of your private Kiviq data. When you export your library, the export includes the supported feature data so you can keep a copy that travels with you.

Notifications

If you enable a reminder, Kiviq schedules it locally through Apple's notification system. Reminder content is not sent to the developer.

Retention and deletion

You control your data inside Kiviq. Deleting a habit removes its associated information and synchronizes that deletion through your private iCloud when sync is enabled. You can also remove Kiviq's stored iCloud data through your Apple ID and iCloud settings. Because the developer cannot access your data, the developer cannot retrieve or delete it on your behalf.

Children's privacy

Kiviq does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Website analytics

This website uses Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site and to improve it. Clarity collects website interaction and diagnostic data, such as clicks, scrolling, page performance, and browser or device information, and may use first- and third-party cookies. This analytics runs only on the website; it is not included in Kiviq and cannot access your habit data. Microsoft processes this information under its privacy statement.

If this policy changes, the updated policy and effective date will be posted on this page.
